No veterinary diagnosis, no legal or financial advice. In an emergency, the caller is directed to a person or to the emergency services.

Data processing agreement (DPA), identified sub-processors, data export or deletion on request.
Retention as you choose
Calls are not recorded. Cockpit keeps a summary and a transcript, for the retention period you choose, in line with regulations.

- The audio is used for transcription, then not kept
- Nothing enters the CRM without the employee’s approval
